Apple Grape Salad

This is a sweet and delicious side dish for your holiday meal! It’s simple and fairly light to balance out your menu!


Here’s what you need:

4 red apples, unpeeled and cut in 1/2 inch cubes. I used Honeycrisp. 2 stalks celery, diced

1 cup chopped pecans

1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, halved

1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/8 t cinnamon

1 T honey

dash salt

4 oz crumbled goat cheese


Mix the first four ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir the mayonnaise, yogurt, cinnamon, salt and honey together in a small bowl. Stir this dressing into the apple mixture. Stir well. Gently fold in the cheese. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
