Easy Low Carb Egg, Cheese and Bacon Waffles

This unique way of serving eggs and bacon will be sure to please your family! Enjoy on the weekend or anytime!

Here’s what you need: (for two regular sized waffles)


2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1-2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

salt and pepper to taste


Prepare your waffle maker by spraying it with cooking spray and preheating it. Mix eggs, cheese and salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour mixture into waffle maker. Sprinkle on bacon crumbles. Close waffle maker and cook 2-4 minutes. Carefully remove and enjoy!
