This was one fantastic burger! My son, Clayton, shared his recipe with me! He did a wonderful job creating this healthy recipe! I also tried this recipe with lean ground beef and it was so good! Enjoy it with all your favorite burger fixin’s!
Here‘s what you need (4 burgers):
1 lb ground turkey
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1/3 cup dry Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 t minced garlic
1 t ground sage
1 t ground oregano
1 t ground thyme
1 t dry ground mustard
Mix all ingredients and divide into fourths and make four burgers. I made these in a heavy skillet that I had sprayed with cooking spray. They are done when the internal temperature reaches 165. They were so flavorful and delicious! Enjoy!!
