Looking for the perfect marinade for your grilled chicken? Try this! You probably have most, if not all, of the ingredients right there at home! Juicy and full of flavor...this recipe won't disappoint!
Here's what you need:
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs thighs, wings or legs will work too!
Marinade:
1/3 cup olive oil
Juice of one lemon
3 T soy sauce
2 T Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic minced or 1/2 t garlic powder
1 1/2 t salt
1 t pepper
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Place chicken pieces in a long baking dish and pour marinade over it. Turn the chicken pieces to coat. Cover and refrigerate 3-5 hours. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. Dig in!
